Volunteer Opportunity to Join the Board of Directors

Dallas, TX

About Readers 2 Leaders:

Readers 2 Leaders was founded in 2010 in Dallas, TX with a mission to equip students for success through the power of reading. Our programs provide high-quality reading intervention to help children accelerate their reading growth and catch up to grade level and beyond. Given our proven success and the high demand for early childhood literacy intervention, Readers 2 Leaders has grown to serve  over 1,600 students and 450 adults through R2L tutoring and partners trained in our Coaching and training programs.

Literacy unlocks brighter futures for children, families, and communities. With evidence-based tutoring methodologies at the heart of all we do, Readers 2 Leaders prepares children, caregivers, and educators with the tools to read and share reading with others. We reach children with crucial literacy intervention and enrichment at schools, out-of-school time (OST), partner nonprofits, and at home, and we prioritize reaching economically disadvantaged to help close systemic resource gaps that affect these students the most.
